Resident Programs
The Campbellsville Housing & Redevelopment Authority offers a variety of resident programs to assist in economic self sufficiency. These programs, funded by the Department of Housing & Urban Development, include the following:
| Neighborhood Networks The Public Housing Neighborhood Networks grant provides funds to operate and maintain the Housing Authority’s TECH place. The “TECH” place provides computer and internet access to public housing residents as well as a full range of computer and job training services. |
Family - Resident Services Delivery Models Public Housing Resident Opportunities & Self Sufficiency (ROSS) Program The Public Housing ROSS Family Program provides for the deliver and coordination of supportive services and other activities to assist residents attain economic self sufficiency. Activities include life-skills training, job training and supportive services. |
| Section 8 Family Self Sufficiency Our Section 8 (FSS) Family Self Sufficiency Program’s mission is to assist low income families become economically independent by combining Section 8 housing, transportation, daycare, education and training assistance with intensive case management services. Our goal is to help families develop and strengthen their ability to get, keep and cope with jobs so they can achieve financial independence. |
Home Center at Ray Street The HOME center site on Ray St. is provide by the Housing Authority. This center offers the children that live at that and other nearby sites an accessible place to go for tutoring with homework. This center is set up for run, and help is Provided by the Family and Youth Service Center. FYSC works closely with the Housing Authority to provide this and other services to the residents of housing. |
